At Nivo Products, he oversees all aspect of the company, from sales and marketing to order fulfillment and finance. Having been exposed to the healthcare industry from an early age, Kassim has unique insights into the world of surgical instruments. With over 10 years of experience in operations, Kassim has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in running efficient and successful operations.

Kassim has been entrusted with overseeing and optimizing diverse processes, from supply chain management to logistics and everything in between. He is passionate in developing innovative strategies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and achieve operational excellence at Nivo Products. Driven by a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement, constantly seeking out new ways to drive operational efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

Kassim has a background in digital advertising, having spent 8 years in Silicon Valley working for both startups and large platforms in the ads space. He has an Economics Degree from Rutgers University and in his free time enjoys training for marathons.

Sales Director

Dani Harel is a highly accomplished and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. With over 10 years of experience in the sales industry, Dani has honed his skills in cultivating and managing relationships with key clients and negotiating complex deals in the healthcare industry.

As a Sales Director of Nivo Products, Dani’s primary responsibility are to identify new business opportunities and design innovative sales strategies.

Dani is an entrepreneur at heart, having started his own web development agency after high school in the Dominican Republic. He loves photography and spending time with his daughter.

Supply Chain Manager

Paul is the Supply Chain Manager at Nivo Products. He ensure the timely production and delivery of our instruments. Additionally, he is responsible for inventory management. With over 5 years experience in the field, Paul has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in keeping a company's supply chain running smoothly, especially one as complex as instrument manufacturing.

At Nivo Products, Paul has successfully created a robust inventory control systems, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and improve accuracy. He prides himself on meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.

Paul has an Accounting degree from Ramapo College and loves to spend his free time exploring around NYC.
